All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep product, price and availability information accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to accept or decline any order.

Availability

Because we bake fresh and in limited quantities, items can sell out or vary seasonally. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is subject to serviceability and the slots shown at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct — see our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including our name, logo, photography and copy — belongs to Indus and may not be used without permission.

Liability

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please tell us before ordering. While we cater to dietary needs where we can, our kitchen handles common allergens such as wheat, dairy and nuts. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
